Basic Event Coverage

$99 per Hour

Includes photos and/or video that doesn't just shoot the event - it brings it to life. Comprehensive coverage (aerial and/or ground) showcases the best of your values and goals through the event.
 
 Note: Delivery of raw, unedited media only. Client assumes full responsibility for all required post-production editing. If you wish for editing to be added it's $50/hour extra, assume a 1:1 ratio of editing time vs event time
 
 
 
 

Half Day Event Coverage

Up to 4 Hours on-site: $349

This fixed rate secures your pilot and equipment for up to 4 hours on-site, ensuring comprehensive aerial and ground coverage of larger events like golf tournaments or corporate gatherings. This package offers a direct discount on our standard $99 hourly rate. You receive all continuous, high-resolution photo and raw 4K video footage captured during the four hours.

Note: Minor retouch/photo enhancement included. Explicit in-depth editing (such as on portrait shots or other specified images) can be added at $50/hour for editing time, which will be quoted and billed separately.

Sports Media Coverage

Scrimmage Capture

Practice / Scrimmage Drone Coverage

$150 per Hour

Exclusive team-focused aerial coverage for practices and scrimmages. This service is designed for coaching review, internal team use, and program media needs. Coverage is delivered as raw, unedited footage via digital transfer or USB.
Includes: exclusive client-owned footage, rapid post-session delivery, and safety-first drone operation based on site conditions and FAA compliance.

Note: This service is intended for practices and scrimmages, where controlled coverage and confidentiality are possible.

 

Expanded Team Media Coverage

Important Coverage Note

Games are handled differently from scrimmages and practices.

For live games, especially where crowds, opposing teams, and spectators are present, Fly Boyz generally treats coverage as standard event or ground-based media coverage, not confidential scrimmage coverage. Drone operations during live games remain subject to safety, legality, crowd conditions, and FAA compliance.
